Day 1 - Kochi to Munnar
Your Munnar adventure begins with a pick-up from Kochi, followed by a scenic drive to your hill station haven. Along the way, you'll stop to admire the cascading beauty of Cheeyappara and Valara Waterfalls, and delve into the world of fragrant spices at a local spice garden. After this refreshing journey, you'll arrive in Munnar and settle into your hotel for a relaxing first day.
Day 2 - Munnar
Morning: Start your sightseeing at 9:00 AM with a visit to Eravikulam National Park (tickets can be booked online or at the counter, closed Feb-April). Next, head to the Tea Museum (closed on Mondays).
Afternoon: After lunch, enjoy the scenic beauty of Munnar with stops at Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, Kundala Lake, various viewpoints (including Pothamedu), and the Botanical Garden.
Day 3 - Thekkady
Periyar boating: Upon arrival in Thekkady (3-4hrs from Munnar), embark on a scenic boat tour on Periyar Lake, offering a chance to spot wildlife in the Periyar Wildlife sanctuary. Consider booking tickets in advance for convenience (tickets available online or at the counter).
Optional evening activities: In the evening, you can choose from a variety of optional activities (separate entrance fees apply):
- Witness a traditional Kathakali dance performance.

Day 4- Alleppey
Thekkady to Alleppey would take 3-4hrs, so, we will embark on an early start around 8am to reach the houseboat between 12-1pm.
Your houseboat experience includes:
- A relaxing afternoon cruise with lunch on board (until 5:30 PM).
- Overnight stay on the anchored houseboat.
- A scenic morning cruise followed by checkout at 9:00 AM.
You can choose from deluxe, premium, or luxury houseboats depending on your desired amenities. All houseboats include meals (welcome drink, tea, snacks, lunch, dinner, and breakfast).

Day 5 - Varkala
Drive from Alleppey to Varkala, which takes about 3-4 hours.
Enjoy the Varkala beach, Cliff, and other sightseeing, and your stay at Varkala.
Day 6 - Trivandrum/Kovalam
Immerse yourself in the rich culture and history of Trivandrum with a city tour! Here are some of the must-see sights:
Sree Padmanabha Swami Temple: A stunning architectural marvel dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Be amazed by its intricate carvings and opulent interiors. Make sure to visit within the opening hours: 5 am to 11 am and 3 pm to 6:30 pm.
Please note: Museums, palaces, and other attractions mentioned below are closed on Mondays.
- Kuthiramalika Palace Museum: Explore a collection of artifacts from the Travancore royal family, including weapons, musical instruments, and costumes.

Day 7 - Kovalam to Kanyakumari to Kovalam
Drive from Kovalam to Kanyakumari for sightseeing and back to Kovalam.

Morning:
Save time! Book a return flight or train from Trivandrum to avoid the long drive back to Kochi (7 hours).
